Job Description

The Closing Processor works closely with Realtors, lenders, attorneys and consumers to prepare, collect and review documents and information needed to complete a real estate closing.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Attention to detail Effective time management and organizational skills Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Adaptability and ability to collaborate with individuals inside and outside of the company Computer/Office Equipment Skills and proficient in Microsoft Office High School Diploma Completion and maintenance of State licensing requirements
Essential Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with Realtors, lenders, consumers, and others to prepare a file for closing Review title commitments and clear requirements for closing Prepare, collect, and review documents required to successfully close a real estate transaction Receive and disburse funds as part of the real estate closing Prepare and issue title insurance policies Complete post-closing procedures Develop and maintain good customer relationships
