Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures. Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agenciesGeneral Job Summary:
Participate in data gathering, document verification and Disclosure delivery for Consumer Lending products by performing a pre-closing review of submitted applications and document requests. Assist Commercial, Private Bankers and Small Business sales team by reviewing and organizing loan request submission and memorializing the documentation in the system of record.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrator of the Loan Documentation mailbox, assigning pre closing and doc prep requests Perform a pre-closing quality review of approved Documentation requests. This is done with a high level of concentration on preventing and eliminating policy, regulatory, and documentation exceptions Review all regulatory data for incoming requests including HMDA and Flood insurance requirements Communicate with lender, coordinator, or underwriter to correct any issues found during review Send customers various pre-closing documents by mail or electronic delivery Order vendor work for Consumer Real Estate requests using various vendor systems Work with customers, lenders, or coordinator to confirm closing dates Ensure all due diligence as outlined in the approval are moved into the system of record Ensure documentation is complete and accurate and ready for closing Communicate effectively with customers, internal and external, verbally or in writing by answering questions regarding proper closing procedures and protocolOther Functions:
Complete continuing education and training via the use of the Bank's computer-based training classes and other classes and seminars as assigned by Department Manager, HR, or Compliance Order due diligence items needed for Consumer Lending Products Assign loan numbers Other duties as assignedWorking Conditions:
Works in an office setting using a computer and various programs; occasional visits to other areas within the Bank.Minimum Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Experience:
Minimum of 1 year banking experience preferredComprehensive Skills:
