Full-Time Position Overview:
We areseeking a detail-oriented, member-focused Loan Processor. This position processes consumer and residential loan applications from initial disclosure through closing while ensuring accuracy, timely service, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Process consumer and residential loan applications from application through closing. Review applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy. Order and review appraisals, title reports, flood determinations, income verification, and other required documentation. Review credit, income, collateral, DTI, LTV, and CLTV. Prepare disclosures and closing documents and clear outstanding loan conditions. Communicate loan status and documentation requirements to members and internal teams. Maintain complete and accurate loan files. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable lending regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. At least two years of residential lending or loan-processing experience. Knowledge of consumer loan products and residential lending regulations. Experience with loan origination systems; Encompass preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, communication, and member-service skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. NMLS registration preferred or ability to obtain if required.
