This position performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties in support of the lending division. Performs all duties in conformance with established Bank policies and procedures.Salary Range:
This position offers a salary range of $20.59 - $23.78 per hour. This is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The Primary Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following duties. Answers all incoming lending department telephone calls and directs to the appropriate personnel. Directs visitors/customers to the appropriate personnel and arrange appointments for guests to meet with company staff. Provides secretarial and administrative support to the Lending Officers. Prepares and maintains various lending reports for the Lending Officers and other Bank Officers. Prepares and sets-up materials/refreshments for meetings and seminars. Transportation is required to perform this responsibility. Provides administrative support for lending marketing initiatives. Performs data entry of updated loan index parameters for the bank's consumer, commercial, and mortgage systems. Assists Credit Analysts with financial request letter mailings as directed. Maintains and updates profiles, liability policies and Bank approved lists of appraisers and attorneys. Prepares updated appraiser listing for annual Board approval. Daily pickups of mail, interoffice materials, sorting, logging, and distribution to appropriate personnel. Processes postage for outgoing mail and prepares courier packages for deliveries to Post Office and overnight courier service. Collects daily balance sheets and ensures the department is in proof and provides documentation for management approval. Maintains daily loan interest rate schedules, updates periodic indexes, periodic rate surveys, and provides updates to all lending staff, Branch Offices, and Bank Website. Verifies periodic listings of FinCen and OFAC received from the Operations Department against loans in process located in the loan origination software database. Maintains and issues Parking Permits for all staff and visitors. Maintains Loan Prospect Form records and reports. Registers and maintains record of various webinars/seminars for the Lending Officers and staff. Scans and submits invoices to appropriate Lending Officers. Maintains and orders supplies for the Lending Department. Maintains the records of the security camera. Coordinates the packaging and delivery of loan files for 1-4 Family Quality Control Loan Review and Appraisal Review. Tracks and ensures receipt and delivery of outstanding post-closing documents to the bank and secondary market investors for 1-4 family loan originations. Assists VP/Lending with third party post-closing quality control to resolve all outstanding items/documentation with the investors. Monitors Insurance cancellations and renewals. Force place insurance when required. Updates all renewal policies in Cleartouch with the new policy expiration date and the policy limits.Other Responsibilities Include:
Assists the Loan Closing and Secondary Market Coordinator. Assists the Loan Origination and Loan Servicing Department as directed. Assists the HMDA Coordinator as necessary. Assists in pulling files for third party audits. Assists in scanning post closed loans files.Education & Experience:

Under the supervision of the Management Staff, performs a variety of customer service and related duties to provide assistance to the Bank's customers in conformance with established Bank policies and operating procedures.Salary Range:
This position offers a salary range of $17.50 - $25.00 per hour. This is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The Primary Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following duties. Balances transactions and cash upon completion of assigned shift by comparing totaled amounts with data recorded on computer. Performs "after-hours" work, e.g., reconciling bank checks, money orders etc. and scanning daily work and Bank documents as needed. Sells money orders, treasurer's checks, gift cards, foreign currency and other bank related products. Redeems United States Savings Bonds for customers, if applicable or designated. Places holds on accounts for various reasons such as uncollected funds, out of state checks, etc. Enters customers' transactions into computer to record transactions and issues computer generated receipts. Organizes workstation for day's activities, e.g., inventories and requests cash as may be needed; verifies cash upon receipt; obtains necessary forms and other supplies. Process a variety of customer transactions, e.g., deposits, withdrawals, mortgage payments etc. Cash checks within limits of established policy, verifies amount, examines checks for endorsement, and verifies signatures and customer balances. Performs related customer service duties as requested. Discusses Bank Products and Services that will benefit the individual customer's needs and responds to customers inquiries. Refer problems or concerns to supervisor for further action as needed.Other Responsibilities Include:
May perform a variety of related clerical and/or support functions as assigned, i.e., routine correspondence, filing, typing, maintenance of records, data entry, scanning, back up to CSR where applicable and safe deposit box. May provide assistance to Management Staff as needed. May verify miscellaneous reports regarding customer accounts. May provide services at drive-up window or branch offices as assigned.Education & Experience:
