Loan Processor

Oxford Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail‑oriented, member service focused Loan Processor to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our lending team by processing consumer loans from application through funding—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional member experience. We are a financially strong, community‑oriented, member‑owned credit union proudly serving members throughout Androscoggin, Cumberland, Franklin, Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Oxford, Sagadahoc, Somerset, and York counties. What You'll Do Process consumer loans from application through closing and funding Prepare loan documents, schedule closings, obtain signatures, and disburse funds Communicate with members to collect and verify required documentation (VOI, VOE, payoffs, etc.) Support Real Estate Lenders with equity loans and lines of credit Ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant with policies and regulations Maintain proper record retention and lien perfection on collateralized loans Deliver outstanding member service and identify opportunities to refer additional products Contribute ideas to improve loan processing efficiency Participate in ongoing training to maintain product and regulatory knowledge Provide team support and perform other duties as assigned Why Work at Oxford FCU?
