The specialist will work with management to prioritize, organize, and update loans to ensure all compliance timeframes are met.

$15-18/hour Responsibilities include: Review and process loans for imaging, tracking, and shipping to the vendor E-recording and submit loans to the county for recording Utilize step notes accurately based on status and process to ensure reporting and other departments are notified of tasks accurately and timely Imaging loan documents into iBridge Review, correct, and process rejects distributed by the county timely Promptly escalate issues and concerns to management Perform other duties as assigned Reliable A minimum of 6-12 months clerical/office experience preferred. Proficient with Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage time throughout the workday to ensure duties are completed. Ability to self-motivate and adapt to changing priorities. #SN
