As an Order Processor, you will be part of the Office Administration Team. The ideal candidate will have Data Entry, Interpersonal Communication, Strong attention to detail and a Background in Manufacturing which will align successfully in the organization.

  • $23/hour What's the Job?
Create item numbers, routings and enter customer orders into the manufacturing software following documented work instructions. Update blue-changes, writings to routings, and complete and verify/confirming purchase orders. Prepare monthly reports for new stamping tools and "A" Tool jobs ordered. Prepare quarterly stamping tools report for external Sales Representatives. Maintain and enter customer orders in the P.O. book. Pull files and distribute to the next department. Answer and route in-coming telephone calls in a professional manner. What's Needed? High School/GED Graduate Previous customer service experience in answering telephone calls and office support. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Great organization, communication and computer skills.
