Job Description

This is an important role within our lending team, responsible for ensuring loans are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in banking, finance, or a related field is a plus. 3+ years of loan processing, loan administration, or related lending experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of loan documentation, processing procedures, and lending practices. Strong understanding of loan compliance and regulatory requirements. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with financial and legal documents. Ability to independently manage multiple loan files and competing priorities while meeting deadlines. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues before they become problems. Ability to work effectively with lenders, customers, title companies, insurance agencies, and other outside parties. Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office, and banking software. A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, dependability, and accountability. A commitment to providing exceptional service to both customers and internal lending partners. Pay:
$23.00- $25.
