Coordinate and communicate with loan officers, real estate agents, attorneys, buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction. Make and receive frequent phone calls and communicate professionally with all parties to keep transactions moving forward. Coordinate document preparation and signatures with parties located in-state, out-of-state, and internationally. Handle and coordinate large-dollar wire transfers with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Review transaction information and documentation carefully to identify discrepancies and help prevent errors. Manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines while effectively prioritizing daily tasks. Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files. Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive customer, financial, and transaction information. Follow established procedures and ensure all required documentation and tasks are completed accurately and on time. Provide a high level of customer service while helping ensure a smooth and efficient closing experience.
Pay:
$23.00 - $24.00 per hour
