Opportunity:

In this position you will be responsible for performing a variety of post-closing loan servicing tasks. Functions include - opening mail, checking in files, stacking, and responding to routine client inquiries. This position requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to work with loan documentation, state specific standards, and compliance deadlines per client direction.

What You'll Be Doing:

Audit/Quality control as per Lender provided guidelines. Timely delivery of closed residential loan files to various lenders for funding. Check-in closed files into computer system with accuracy. Stack and audit closed loan files up to 300 pages. Ability to understand all recordable documents and to identify them. Ability to handle client issues and corrections with professional responses via email. What makes you a great fit: H.S. Diploma or Equivalent. Ability to use basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent time management skills as well as attention to detail.
