Job Description

Role:
The Central Retail Processing Representative provides back-office support for branch and digital retail services, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of member transactions, documentation, and compliance. This role supports the Central Retail Processing Assistant and contributes to efficient, compliant credit union operations across all retail branch markets.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Process and verify day-to-day retail operations submitted by branch teams, including retail deposit accounts, consumer loans and core services. Review submitted documentation for accuracy and completeness and follow up with branches on any discrepancies. Support daily transactions, reconciliation and reporting for audit and control purposes. Maintain secure and organized filing of physical and electronic documents in accordance with credit union policy. Maintain communication with branch teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation is in accordance with credit union policy Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Performance Measurements:
1. Meet daily processing needs 2. Provide informed, professional, and accurate service and support to all members and staff 3. Perform day-to-day processing activities related to retail deposit accounts, consumer loans and core services. 4. Ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience:
One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education:
A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills:
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
