Sub-Family Definition Loan Documentation is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining the documentation required to support accurate, compliant, and timely loan origination and servicing activities.
Activities may include:
Drafting and validating loan documents
Verifying collateral and supporting information
Ensuring required disclosures and regulatory elements are included
Coordinating with internal partners to resolve documentation discrepancies Career Specialization Definition Loan Documentation and Processing activities may include: Enters customer payments into the computer to ensure proper documentation, regulatory compliance, and company policies.
Posts loan payments to accounts.
Encodes and endorses checks and helps prepare bank deposits.
Reviews remittances for discrepancies.
