JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Loan Post Closing Coordinator to join our Farm Credit family! This position delivers outstanding service which exceeds customer expectations through facilitating and processing post loan closing activities, completing file documentation, and ensuring procedures are followed to finalize loans with accurate and compliant legal documentation.

Responsibilities:
Post-Close Loan Processing Support:

Support the sales/lending function by reviewing and verifying loans in a timely manner in the loan origination system for errors and correct discrepancies if necessary. Follow up with all parties involved to ensure all documents need for the loan files are received, scanned, and stored efficiently and properly.

Customer Service:

Ensure existing and potential customers receive prompt, courteous service, and provides general information as to policies and procedures. Ensure daily accounting activities including receipts and disbursements are handled properly, accurately, and timely. Complete system maintenance of customer or loan information as needed.

Administrative Support:

Assist with general administrative duties to support the operations of the branch location. Support and assist with local level public relations Ensure that internal controls are maintained in accordance with accounting principles, policies, and procedures. Partner and collaborate with branch team members, marketing staff, and facilities manager.

Requirements:
  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a High School diploma
  • 1-3 years related work experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of general office routine and use of office equipment, including phones, computers, copiers, and scanners
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Self-motivated, with the ability and desire to learn and willingness to apply new procedures and concepts
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member under minimal supervision
  • Excellent computer skills
