The candidate will provide loan support to loan officers, prepare loan documents, verify and gather required loan documentation, process loan payments and court filings.
Job Duties :
Order appraisals, credit reports, flood determinations, title commitments and insurance information Prepare loan documents as per loan committee approval, attend and present loan documents at closing Upload and verify information input into operating system Create and maintain all loan files Create and track outstanding file exceptions on tickler listing Track and maintain floor plan units, titles, and payments Confirm final title policies on closed loans Process loan payments and disbursements Run paid note audit & release real estate recordings and titles Run UCC reports and keep filings current with continuations Process Lease payments & backup Lease Department Administrative duties such as typing, faxing, copying and distribute mail Schedule calls, meetings, and loan closings for loan officers Answer incoming customer calls All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Effective communication skills; written and verbal Time Management and Prioritization skills Minimum 50 WPM typing speed Mathematical aptitude Strong customer service skills General office skills; faxing, scanning, typing, copying, filing, phone skills, etc.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma (GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required. College level courses and/or degree preferred. Three or more years of loan experience or title experience required. Experience with ITI/Fiserv/Laser Pro preferred.
Standard Schedule:
Hourly Full Time position Monday thru Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm.
