Full Job Description Processor Specialist Position Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Processor Specialist for our client in New York City. This position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality and accuracy, and time management skills. This position will review and process documents, perform various auditing tasks, and perform research on vehicle related violations in a high-volume processing environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Analyze and review document content to a determination on the appropriate handling and routing of the document; Identify inconsistencies and/or anomalies in documents against client rules. Review flagged documents and determine proper handling of records. Data enter key information into internal applications. Scan documents for internal and client review. Research documents for missing information. Track and record document counts and other critical items.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong PC skills including basic proficiency in Word and Excel. Ability to use various equipment including computers, copier, scanner and mail opening machine. Ability to navigate through internet-based system screens. Strong attention to detail and quality driven. The ability to solve problems using analytical thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional aptitude and flexibility towards serving and assisting others. Able to recognize a problem and escalate to the appropriate team member for resolution.
