Job Description

Position:
Loan Processor I As a Loan Processor I, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Lending Department by ensuring loan documentation is complete and accurate, maintaining electronic records, assisting members, and helping keep lending processes moving efficiently. Journeys start here.
Your Purpose:
Scan and file electronic documents according to established procedures. Utilize checklists to verify the completeness and accuracy of loan documents. Review departmental reports and take appropriate actions as needed. Assist members with loan-related questions, including lien releases, title inquiries, loan payoffs, and loan activity. Respond to member inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. Perform daily administrative and operational tasks that support the Lending Department. Maintain electronic records and files in an organized and secure manner. Other tasks or projects as assigned by the Consumer Lending Operations Manager.
We are looking for:
Previous clerical experience working with Excel, Word, and navigating systems. Proven customer service experience. Ability to uphold confidentiality. Attention to detail.
Schedule:
Hours are generally 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday, 38 hours per week. Position is located in Olean, NY.

The expected pay range for this position is $16-$19 per hour. The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable law. This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits or other types of compensation. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
