Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Title Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience in title processing or a related real estate field.Key Responsibilities:
Review purchase agreements and open new title orders Order and review title searches and payoff statements Prepare and process closing documents, including settlement statements Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and clients throughout the transaction Ensure all files meet compliance standards and deadlines Maintain accurate and organized transaction records Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involvedQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-3+ years of experience in title processing, escrow, or real estate transactions Knowledge of title insurance, closing procedures, and real estate documents Familiarity with title software (e.g., SoftPro, Qualia, RamQuest) is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills:
Problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Compensation & Benefits:
