Dayton, OH Job Details 7 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Productivity software Full Job Description Purpose of the role The appraisal Coordinator is to ensure that all mortgage loan files have appraisals completed for them, if needed Essential Duties and Responsibilities Order, receiver, print, and log appraisal reports, as well as communicate directly with appraisers when needed Give status updates to sales/support staff Escalate appraisal disputes to appropriate parties Work closely with appraisal management companies for properties located outside of the bank's local footprint Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Job competencies Organized and dependable Analytical and attention to detail Ability to problem solve and multi-task Verbal and Written Communication Self-Motivated Team Player Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required for this position.
