Full Job Description Job Title:
Title Processor Job Overview The Title Processor is responsible for managing real estate transaction documentation related to Philadelphia and other Pennsylvania properties. This role involves detailed review and processing of title commitments, binders, and related documents to ensure clear titles prior to closing. The position requires effective communication with agents, lenders, clients, consumers, conveyancers, and transaction coordinators, emphasizing accuracy, organization, and customer service. The ideal candidate will operate with a high level of attention to detail, strong time management skills, and proficiency in relevant software tools. Responsibilities Review and analyze title commitments, binders, requirements, and exceptions to ensure accuracy and completeness. Process title documentation efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail. Communicate proactively with agents, lenders, clients, consumers, conveyancers, and transaction coordinators to clarify title issues and facilitate smooth transactions. Work closely with various stakeholders to fully clear titles prior to closing. Utilize software such as Qualia and Outlook for document management and communication purposes. Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining organized records. Provide excellent customer service through professional communication and timely updates throughout the transaction process. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes. Experience with title review and processing within real estate transactions preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to operate at a high level of detail. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, agents, lenders, conveyancers, and other stakeholders. Familiarity with real estate software such as Qualia is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
