Manager of Retail Loan Servicing Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for assisting in monitoring the existing Retail Business Banking portfolio along with performing a variety of other duties for support to the branch including structuring loans, answering commercial loan questions, working reports such as the Matured Loan Report and the Paid Loans Report, handling all issues and problems that may arise with the loan prior to amending or modifying loan terms and providing monthly updates for management reporting to the Quality Control and Compliance Specialist.

Primary Responsibilities:

Follows up with branch personnel on reports such as the Matured Loan Report, Paid Loans Report, etc. distributed by the Quality Control and Compliance Specialist and makes recommendations to the Manager of Small Administration on re-structuring of loans, releasing of collateral, etc. Recommends and aids branch personnel on how to best handle loan modification requests. Maintains a log of modification requests on a monthly basis. May be cross trained to do more complex deals and making recommendations based upon the credit criteria of the borrower such as repayment capacity, credit worthiness, collateral value of asset securing the loan, etc. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
