Essential Duties include:

Reviewing and comparing sales orders to floor plans, checking for 100% accuracy on both, processing change requests, working with the Drafting and Sales team to ensure proper documentation is completed at each stage of the order. Qualified candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in MS office, have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a postive attitude, have knowledge of construction practices and components and be experienced in reading a blueprint.
