Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry / Wire Processor with experience or basic knowledge of wire processing. This role involves entering wire instructions accurately into a banking platform and ensuring compliance with required formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Input and process wire transactions using banking platforms (JPMorgan Chase preferred) Verify and enter critical wire details such as: Routing number Account number Account registration "For Further Credit" instructions Ensure accuracy and completeness of all wire entries Maintain proper documentation and records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge or experience in wire processing Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to understand and follow wire instructions and formats

Work Schedule:

Onsite for the first 3-6 months Transition to hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days/week in office) Must include Monday or Friday onsite Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends
