Job Description

Description The Home Savers Specialist assists with compliance of Dodd/Frank and other regulatory requirements. They provide a line of defense ensuring accurate documents are sent to the customer to ensure compliance with regulations and investor guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review all loan documents prior to documents being sent to the customer. Additional review of signed documents prior to execution of modification terms. Performs initial review of modification application documents. Tracks modification stipulations and document requests from the customer. Performs loan modification processing duties of a more complex nature. Displays considerable independence with limited need for supervision. May be expected to mentor lesser experienced processors. Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of related experience High school diploma, or equivalent
NOTE:
This position is considered to be a Mortgage Loan Originator under the SAFE Act. Registration required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Strong communication and follow up skills Ability to work independently Strong organizational skills #LI-Onsite #LI-ML1
