Schedule:
- Between 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Shift assigned after training (e.g., 8:00-4:30 or 10:30-7:00)

Role:
- The Mortgage Closer I supports the accurate and timely closing of first mortgage loans while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. What You'll Do:
- Prepare and release mortgage closing packages (with supervision).
- Review loan files for accuracy, including title, insurance, credit, and documentation.
- Ensure all underwriting and closing conditions are met.
- Resolve issues such as payoff discrepancies, title exceptions, or missing documents.
- Coordinate with closing agents, attorneys, real estate partners, and internal teams.
- Calculate and verify financial figures and disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal guidelines.
- Prepare completed loan files for post-closing review.
