Hourly Training Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm

EST Shift After Training:

10:30am-7:00pm

EST Working Environment:

Onsite in Winchester, VA (3 Days per week On-site) To provide operational support to Mortgage Closers in order to expedite the funding process. Assist in the closing of mortgage loans, completing the funding process for closing transactions and ensuring loans are reviewed to minimize the risk of post-settlement errors. Responsible for accurately disbursing funds in accordance to lender closing instructions and signed closing statement. Ensure accuracy of documents and balancing funds, requesting corrections or required documents as needed. Provide detailed review of closing related documentation for compliance prior to approving the release of funds and submitting to Post Closing. Conduct proactive and effective pipeline management in accordance with performance standard expectations.

Qualifications:
