Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Processor to join Platinum Partner Title company. This role is responsible for supporting the closing team by preparing, organizing, and tracking files to help ensure smooth and timely transactions. This position is a full-time, in-office position. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Responsibilities Open and organize new files accurately and in a timely manner. Review contracts, title commitments, lender instructions, and related documents for completeness. Gather and verify information needed for the closing process. Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and internal team members as needed. Prepare file updates, checklists, and supporting documentation for escrow officers and closers. Follow up on outstanding items to help keep files moving toward closing. Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support throughout the transaction. Ensure all files are handled in accordance with company procedures and deadlines. Requirements Qualifications Prior experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate processing preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files at once. Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Preferred Experience Title company processing experience. Knowledge of residential real estate transactions.
