Job Description
About TRONA Oaxaca/Japanese boutique cocktail bar on Austin's East Side. We're building out our full front-of-house team ahead of our reopening. We're hiring for both part-time and full-time positions across all three roles below.
Mixologist/Bartender
Mixologist/Bartender
- 3-4 shifts/week (part-time or full-time)Craft cocktails with precision using classic mixology technique; help develop our cocktail menuBatch and prep fresh ingredients, manage inventory, keep the bar clean and organizedGuide guests through the beverage menu and deliver excellent serviceRequires proven bartending/mixology experience, strong spirits knowledge; bartending certification a plusServer
