Remote Loan Document Processor (ID #529185) Southampton, PA Irvine - Clerical Ca 3069 $26.00/Per Hour Remote Loan Document Processor Job Description Branch Details Loan Documentation Specialist Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Loan Documentation Specialist to join a growing financial services organization. This remote opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented lending professional who has extensive commercial loan documentation experience and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Loan Documentation Specialist will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and closing commercial loans and modifications, including Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Commercial & Industrial (C&I), SBA 504, SBA 7(a), and construction loans. This position will also coordinate settlements and funding with internal and external parties and manage critical post-closing documentation and due diligence. Location Remote Essential Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with Credit Analysts, Commercial Relationship Managers, attorneys, and the SBA 7(a) team to prepare accurate settlement documentation packages in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and legibility of documentation and data entry for new credit facilities, existing loan modifications, and satisfactions. Communicate effectively with customers, lending personnel, bank counsel, loan servicing teams, insurance companies, title companies, and other third parties. Review and audit loan documentation following closing to ensure all documents are properly executed and complete. Verify loan funding and complete post-closing due diligence requirements. File UCC financing statements and perform other documentation and compliance-related responsibilities. Process search requests for Credit Analysts. Coordinate engagements with approved appraisers and environmental firms. Maintain accurate and organized loan documentation throughout the closing process. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Required Skills Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years of LaserPro experience required. Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation, including: Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Commercial & Industrial (C&I)

(a) Construction loans Loan modifications Satisfactions General understanding of credit analysis and commercial lending processes. Strong computer and technical skills. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple transactions and deadlines. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with internal teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, employees, legal counsel, and third-party institutions. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced commercial loan documentation professional who understands the importance of accuracy, compliance, responsiveness, and timely execution.
