Job DescriptionThe Reverse Processor responsibilities include under general supervision verification of data integrity in our loan origination software. File gathering and submission to underwriting. Clear loan conditions for final approval to submit to closing. This position is in office, either
Paramus, NJ or Houston, TXPrimary Job Duties:
Process applications for submission to underwritingWork with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMC's and title companiesScanning and uploading file documentation into LOSClear loan conditions with applicants and communicating with loan officersAnalyze Credit, income, tax returns and asset documentsOther duties and/or mortgage or company related tasks as assigned by managementEnsure confidentiality of client filesThe employee shall work well under pressure, meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines and shall, at all times, demonstrate professional behavior with colleagues and supervisorsMust be able to work independently and as part of a team
QualificationsRequired Experience:
1-2 years' experience in reverse mortgage processing requiredStrong time management and prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlinesMust be able to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations.

Above average oral and written communication skills.

Above average customer service, and analytical skills.

Intermediate working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)Additional InformationWorking in a growing and dynamic industryFull benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, and wide array of voluntary products and discounts401(k) with company matchPaid time offThis is a non-exempt roleTarget base salary range is 57-67K, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program via monthly bonus that is based on performance.
