POSITION PURPOSE
To review, process, fund, or on-board loans, i.e.: consumer non-real estate, consumer mortgage, commercial real estate, commercial & industrial, oil & gas, agriculture, and SBA. Review loan documents for lien perfection. On-board promissory note per loan document including tracking for recordings, update documents as needed, process payments as needed, and Reconcile, create tickets or keyboard post all general ledger transactions. Email communications as needed to lending staff.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
Loans are reviewed and approved in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, and loan policy requirements and with established policies and procedures. Professional business relations exist with Bank personnel. Assistance is provided as needed. Required documentation is complete and accurate. Maintains service level agreements. Management is appropriately informed of area activities. Reports are complete and timely.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
High School graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor s degree is preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
Loan Document & Real Estate Documentation
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Time Management Skills a must ; Prior experience in a financial institution helpful
HIRING RANGE GUIDANCE
Experience in credit, loan servicing or administration operations covering 3+ years experience in loan covenant perfection, borrowing base calculations, DTI and LVT ratio calculations with an emphasis of complex commercial and industrial documentation.

Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
Finger Dexterity:
Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects or pinching fingers together.
Repetitive Motion:
Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Average Visual Abilities:
Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products or operate machinery.
Physical Strength:
Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally. No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions (such as in a typical office). ____________________________________________________________________________________________
MENTAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables.
Mathematics Ability:
Ability to perform basic math skills, use decimals to compute ratios, percentages, and to draw and interpret graphs.
Language Ability:
Ability to use passive vocabulary of 5,000-6,000 words; read at a slow rate. And define unfamiliar words in dictionaries for meaning, spelling, and pronunciation. Ability to write complex sentences, using proper punctuation, and using adjectives and adverbs. Ability to communicate in complex sentences, using normal word order with present and past tenses and good vocabulary. Monday -
