POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for funding for Consumer (Non-RE), Commercial & Industrial and Commercial RE loan types. Providing efficient and professional service to the lending staff in the banking centers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Assumes responsibility for funding loans including but not limited to these collateral types: Business Assets, etc. Borrowing Base Financings Aircraft Oil & Gas - Energy Real Estate Consumer (non-RE) General knowledge of Article 9 Uniform Credit Code General knowledge of Real Estate Perfection Familiar with various bank loan regulations Familiar with Accounting terms (debits, credits, general ledger) Performance Measurements Documentation and organization skills are current and well prepared Professional attitude and collaborative relationship with the lending staff in the banking centers The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only. Prior experience in a financial institution helpful
Specialist II:
Collateral documentation experience in credit, loan servicing or administration operations covering 5 - 7 years of technical expertise encompassing UCC and perfection documents for business purpose credits
