Full-Time Overview Anchor Property Management is looking for a detail-oriented Lease Application Processor to join our team in Stafford, TX. In this role, you will be an important part of the leasing pipeline, ensuring applications are processed quickly, accurately, and in accordance with company standards. You will communicate with prospective residents, verify applicant information, coordinate with third parties, and prepare the documentation necessary for a smooth approval and move-in process. Responsibilities Review incoming lease applications for accuracy and completeness. Communicate with prospective residents regarding application requirements, guidelines, and missing documentation. Contact previous landlords to obtain and document rental history verifications. Collect and verify applicant documentation, including proof of income and pet registration information. Initiate and review credit and background checks in accordance with company policies and applicable fair housing requirements. Prepare and organize completed application packages for final approval. Draft and prepare accurate lease agreements for approved applicants. Manage multiple applicant files while ensuring applications continue moving through the leasing process efficiently. Monitor property listings and ensure online information remains accurate and up to date. Maintain professional and welcoming communication with applicants throughout the process.
