Bank Support Specialist I Accordia Bank Pleasant Grove, UT Job Details Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 23 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description This position provides administrative and operational support across multiple departments by ensuring critical information and documentation are processed, maintained, and distributed in a timely manner. The role contributes to compliance efforts, supports record retention and pre- audit activities, and helps facilitate smooth day-to-day operations throughout the organization. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, organization, dependability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of internal customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage all incoming and return mail. This will include scanning, sorting, and delivering to departments in the PG Branch, HQ, and Gunn building. All in walking distance. Review new consumer deposit accounts to ensure compliance with regulations and Bank procedures Archive documents in Bank repository system based on document type Assist in gathering documentation for internal and external audits Other operational duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills Education:
High school diploma or equivalentExperience:
1+ years in banking, customer service, or financial services.Technical Skills:
Familiarity with digital platforms.Software Proficiency:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Problem-Solving:
Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.Customer Focus:
