Job Description

Job Summary The Loan Resolution Specialist II is responsible for performing a variety of operational and analytical activities in support of business objectives. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to accurately review, process, and validate information while adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities may include data analysis, document review, quality control, workflow management, issue resolution, process improvement, and other production-based functions. Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and validate documentation, data, and transactions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established requirements. Perform quality control reviews and research exceptions to identify and resolve discrepancies. Accurately document actions, decisions, and resolutions within designated systems of record. Investigate and resolve operational issues while partnering with internal stakeholders to achieve timely and effective outcomes. Manage assigned workloads while balancing multiple priorities and meeting established service level expectations while meeting established production, quality, and performance goals. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, increase efficiency, and enhance quality. Support departmental initiatives, projects, and process changes as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Demonstrated success in a related operational, quality control, audit, servicing, or analytical role. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, operations, customer support, quality assurance, or a related business environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate information and make sound decisions. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, banking, mortgage servicing, insurance, or consumer lending. Experience with quality control, auditing, process improvement, or compliance-related functions. Familiarity with workflow management systems and operational reporting. Experience analyzing documentation, data, and customer information.
