Compensation:

$55,000 - $85,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Communicate with lender closing department and title agents to ensure timely delivery of loan document packages to closing

Qualifications:

Experience in mortgage loan processing, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proven track record of effectively communicating with clients, real estate agents, and underwriters. Strong organizational skills to ensure timely collection and verification of financial documentation. Familiarity with ordering and reviewing property and loan documentation, such as appraisals and title searches. Ability to analyze credit reports and financial documents to assess applicant creditworthiness.
