Our MBL Processor provides support to business lenders, enabling them to focus on business development and credit underwriting. Processes commercial and agricultural loan applications, handles documentation preparation and ensures all loan documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements, credit union policies, and lending guidelines. Assists with organization of financial documents and maintenance of loan files for member-owned businesses. This role works closely with business lenders, analysts, underwriters, title companies, appraisal companies, and other third parties to facilitate timely loan closings while providing excellent member service.
What you will be doing:
Loan documentation preparation and ensuring all is accurate, complete, and compliant. Maintain complete and accurate file information. Service and support to loan officers' portfolios. This includes assisting gathering necessary information, member and/or third party follow-up, research, loan advances and pay downs, payment issues, wires and all other servicing needs. Provides timely, accurate, professional, and confidential administrative service support. Composes and edits correspondence from word processing documents, verbal direction, written documents and files as requested. Assist with clearing documentation exceptions, obtaining additional information as needed and answering questions about accounts, payments, and annual reviews. Maintains member profiles and identifies opportunities to offer additional products and services to meet member financial needs.
What you will need:
High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED) or equivalent experience At least 1 year of experience in a financial institution Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust your communication style to your audience A positive attitude and strong desire to help others Strong computer skills Ability to promote a professional image of the credit union at all times
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
