Job Description

Insurance Document Associate We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Document Associate to join our team in Franklin, WI . In this role, you will support insurance operations by receiving, processing, reviewing, classifying, indexing, and distributing documents and mail. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, capable of multitasking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information.

$20hr
Shift:
1st Shift Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Location:
Franklin WI Full-time hours What will you be doing? Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and documents. Assist with electronic document conversion processes. Review and analyze insurance underwriting, disability income (DI), claims, and benefits of documents. Route misdirected forms and documents to the appropriate department. Organize documents and ID sheets according to product and processing guidelines. Prepare documents for accurate scanning and indexing. Process premium and 1035 exchange checks according to company procedures. Process and distribute FedEx deliveries.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of mail handling, document processing, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines. Basic computer and data entry skills. Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously. Ability to work independently while following established procedures. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information. Must be able to consistently lift and move 15-20 pounds. Non-registered fingerprinting is required. Why should you choose Manpower?
