Job Description
Loan Processor Bluff View Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our lending team. This position supports the processing of commercial, agricultural, real estate, and consumer loans by preparing documentation, maintaining loan files, tracking exceptions, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, customer focused, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process loan documentation for commercial, agricultural, real estate, and consumer loans. Prepare loan documents, satisfactions, partial releases, and other required paperwork. Coordinate with lenders, customers, title companies, and insurance agents to obtain required information. Maintain loan files, document exception reports, and tickler systems. Track insurance, title policies, UCC filings, mortgages, and related documentation. Assist with escrow administration, adverse action notices, and paid loan processing. Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations. Qualifications Loan processing experience or related banking experience preferred. Knowledge of real estate, consumer, agricultural, or commercial loan documentation preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. HMDA reporting knowledge is a plus. Why Bluff View Bank?
