Extension is seeking a Commercial Processor for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in West Allis, WI . About Our Client Local community bank experiencing significant growth and doubling in size Stable, team-oriented environment with a strong focus on customer service Opportunity for long-term growth and conversion to a permanent position Flexible start and end times available within standard business hours Predictable Monday-Friday schedule with no early mornings or late nights Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Process commercial loan files and prepare loan documentation from approval through closing Review underwriting packages and obtain required documentation, including title work, appraisals, insurance, lien searches, and entity documents Review commercial loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with bank policies Coordinate loan closings, wires, payoffs, disbursements, and post-closing documentation Communicate with loan officers, customers, title companies, vendors, and internal departments throughout the loan process Desired Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of LaserPro experience (Required) Experience handling commercial loan closings from start to finish (Required) 3+ years of Commercial Loan Processing experience Experience preparing and reviewing commercial loan documents. Strong knowledge of entity documentation. Experience reviewing title commitments/title work. Commercial banking or credit union background. Commercial Real Estate lending experience preferred (most of the portfolio is CRE, with some C&I). Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
