What You'll Do As a Credit Administration Associate, you will support commercial banking operations through loan presentations, portfolio management, and financial analysis. In this role, you'll review borrower financials for policy compliance, evaluate real estate collateral and appraisals, and provide underwriting and lender support. You will also assist with reporting, past-due loan monitoring, and other portfolio management activities that contribute to the bank's overall credit quality. Key Responsibilities
  • Support commercial bankers with loan presentations, annual reviews, and portfolio management tasks
  • Analyze borrower financial statements for new and existing loans to ensure compliance with bank policies
  • Communicate with borrowers, accountants, and management to clarify financial information as needed
  • Order and review real estate appraisals to ensure regulatory and internal compliance
  • Evaluate commercial and residential real estate collateral to support loan valuations
  • Provide underwriting support for mortgage and consumer lending
  • Assist lenders with past-due loan monitoring, borrower status updates, and investor reporting
  • Prepare and maintain management reports, support collateral tracking, and contribute to special projects This role reports directly to the Senior Lender and offers regular interaction with senior management, regulators, and third-party examiners.

  • A bachelor's or associate degree with related work experience is desired.
  • Excellent organizational skills, very detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
