Summary of position:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide efficient and courteous service to each customer and maximize room revenues during the Night Audit shift. Prepares financial reports, analyzes discrepancies, and generates backup reports. Also effectively executes guests check in and check out, answers questions about hotel rooms and rates, and responds to guest requests.Qualifications:
