Compensation:

$18 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities:

Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay

Qualifications:

Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired Excellent customer service and communication skills are required Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required About Company This Alaska hotel offers friendly service and modern accommodations all within minutes of the airport and bustling downtown Fairbanks.
