In this role, you'll be responsible for balancing the day's financial transactions, preparing daily reports, and ensuring our guests receive outstanding service throughout the overnight hours. Prepare financial reports and reconcile cash, credit card, and guest account activity. Monitor occupancy, revenue, and other daily operating statistics. Post room charges, taxes, and process guest payments. Verify the accuracy of front office accounting records. Provide exceptional guest service while performing Front Desk responsibilities during the overnight shift. Support hotel operations with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills. Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software systems. Professional communication and customer service skills. Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
