What You'll Do:

Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism Handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries Balance and audit the day's accounts and prepare reports Ensure a secure and quiet overnight environment Collaborate with other departments to deliver top-notch guest service

What We're Looking For:

• ✔ A strong attendance record - reliability is a must!

• ✔ Detail-oriented with basic computer skills
• ✔ Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
