Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. This position involves performing front desk duties, managing guest services, and conducting nightly audits to ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

•Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs of guests. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance as needed. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to effectively communicate with guests. Monitor phone systems and respond promptly to calls from guests or staff. Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours. Bilingual (English & Spanish) Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software and night audit procedures is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of phone systems and basic computer proficiency.
