Job Summary We are looking for one full-time employee who can regularly work a combination of 3 PM-11 PM and 11 PM-7 AM shifts. We are also open to hiring two part-time employees if that better meets our staffing needs. Join our dynamic hospitality team, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest service excellence with administrative precision, providing a welcoming and secure environment for our guests while maintaining the integrity of hotel records. As a part of our Front Desk Team, you will be the first point of contact during nighttime hours, delivering exceptional guest experiences and overseeing the smooth functioning of front desk activities. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help uphold our commitment to hospitality excellence around the clock. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review Handle guest requests, complaints, or special needs with professionalism and promptness Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor and excellent phone etiquette Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred Knowledge of guest relations, hotel procedures, and hospitality standards is essential Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our Front Desk Team and become an integral part of creating memorable stays for our guests!
