Night Auditor Duties:

• Perform night audit functions to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest records
• Verify and balance entries and records of financial transactions
• Prepare reports summarizing daily operations and financial activities
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes as needed
• Maintain the security of cash, credit card information, and guest confidentiality
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift

Skills:

• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to operate phone systems effectively
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Experience in night audit procedures and familiarity with hotel accounting systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of English language
