Job Description
Night Auditor We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person ,In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift,
- Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using property management systems platform, ensuring accuracy in billing and account reconciliation
- Provide outstanding guest services by handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth, utilizing multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette skills
- Monitor security cameras and perform visual inspections to uphold safety protocols and hotel emergency procedures during overnight hours
- Prepare detailed shift reports, and financial summaries to facilitate smooth handovers to daytime staff
- Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and hospitality standards while fostering a welcoming environment for all guests.
