This vital role combines the responsibilities of front desk operations, guest relations, and financial reconciliation, ensuring a seamless overnight experience for our guests. As a Night Auditor, you'll be the first point of contact during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the integrity of hotel operations. Your energy and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests during the overnight shift with professionalism and warmth, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, including verifying guest accounts and preparing reports for management review. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, providing solutions that enhance their stay. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks around the property, and controlling access to the hotel premises during overnight hours. Manage incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel as needed. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and other documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts and uphold operational standards. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with an ability to handle guest relations professionally and efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interaction. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail and security protocols. Hospitality or hotel experience is preferred; however, motivated individuals eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
