This position combines front desk support with end-of-day financial processes in a calm, low-traffic environment. As the primary on-site team member overnight, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, complete nightly audit procedures, and maintain a steady, organized front desk presence. This role is well-suited for individuals who are self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working independently. Work Environment & Schedule This is an overnight position in a typically quiet setting with limited guest activity. The shift allows for focused completion of audit responsibilities, front desk organization, and routine monitoring of the property. Successful candidates are comfortable staying attentive and productive during slower periods while ensuring all responsibilities are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with overnight check-in and early morning check-out in a professional and welcoming manner Manage front desk operations, including reservations, guest inquiries, and basic requests Maintain accurate records such as shift reports, audit logs, and incident documentation Monitor property security systems (e.g., CCTV) and conduct routine safety checks Respond to occasional guest needs or issues with a calm and professional approach Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette Prepare and set up the breakfast area in the early morning hours (e.g., coffee, basic food items, and cleanliness of the space) Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Basic familiarity with hotel systems or willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks independently Comfortable working overnight shifts with minimal supervision Reliable, punctual, and able to manage responsibilities without direct oversight Clear communication skills and professional demeanor Candidates will be subject to a background check as part of the hiring process Ideal Candidate Prefers a structured, low-interruption work environment Comfortable working independently for extended periods Able to stay organized and productive during quieter overnight hours Dependable and consistent in completing routine responsibilities Why Join Us Stable overnight schedule Independent work environment Opportunity to take ownership of your shift and workflow Straightforward responsibilities with a consistent routine Expected hours: 40.0 per week
